Katelyn's Third Birthday!

Some how with all the stress of holidays and life we missed posting about Katie's birthday!  Don't worry, we didn't miss her birthday!  She is such a wonderful girl we truly enjoyed celebrating her .

She requested a "Chocolate Milk" cake.  I ended up making her a classic flourless chocolate cake, for the frosting we crushed up candy canes, mixed it in cream cheese with a little powdered sugar.  It was SO GOOD!   

And the best part = Katie love it too!

She made her wish and then blew...

And blew...

Until the whole family finally stepped in to help blow out the candles.
We then enjoyed the cake.

Then on to present opening time

 She received dress up princess dolls

 And a bin to store all the pieces.

 Katelyn is so wonderful, she is kind, sweet and helpful.  She loves anything girly and sparkly.  Her favorite color is purple.  She likes to help out around the house and especially enjoys one on one time with mom and dad.  We love you so much Katelyn!!  Happy Birthday!!
